Since I was a kid I have collected many things, one of them being binoculars. Now that I am older I have my ‘sights’ set on much older models. Most of these binoculars-telescopes have been acquired from either family members that have past these very old optical devices down though generations, or purchased them to add to they’re antique collection.

It was nice to see the authentic approach by the Valencian designers, great window. The Valencian Design Showcase celebrates contemporary design from Valencia with an exhibition that includes modern furniture, lighting, flooring and outdoor furniture, during the prestigious New York Design Week and the International Contemporary Furniture Fair. Presented by IVEX -the Trade Promotion Agency of the Valencian Region of Spain.

Stopped into the presentation that Hudson Furniture was having during Design Week, incredible as always. Hudson Furniture Inc. respects the natural forms of trees and inherent grain of wood with well defined organic lines and geometric forms using traditional joinery techniques and hand rubbed oil finishes.
